To replace a house of drafty wood windows and old Masonite siding with brand spanking new windows and James Hardie Siding.

Meet Henry and Sharon Jones.
Dear customers of ours that called us for new windows and James Hardie siding for their home in Meadow Brook, AL. They weren’t playing around. They demanded professionalism and high quality and new what they were looking for. We interviewed them one afternoon after we completed the work. Below is the transcripts from the interview:
Us: Mr. Jones what originally made you call us up?
Mr. Jones: For several years we looked @ doing something. You guys did our neighbor’s house, and they said they couldn’t hear as much outside noise and said their power bills went down.
Us: Mr. Jones, what type of problems were you having?
Mr. Jones: We had a lot of rotten patches on the old siding. All of the windows were single pane. We knew we were losing a lot on our energy costs. We thought about Lowe’s but they said they would have to special order everything.
Us: What were some of the qualities you liked about our products?
Mr. Jones: We liked the lifetime warranties. We’ve lived here for 25 years. This is home. We aren’t going anywhere. We just did our kitchen. We probably need to get new doors too. Ya’ll did Bubba’s house and it looked great.
Us: Mr. Jones did everything go well with Chase Webb your sales rep…?
Mr. Jones: Chase was great, he was very knowledgeable. He impressed us. Any question we asked, he answered. I was clear he knew what he was talking about.
Us: What were some specific reasons you chose Durante; there are a lot of Window companies you could have went with, so why Durante?
Mr. Jones: We heard the name. We also got the post card in the mail. We knew we didn’t want to paint the house because we’d have to keep doing it. We’ve heard a lot about the name. When ya’ll did the neighbor’s house, they were just tickled. Lowe’s just does not deal with this level of quality.
Us: What were some of the things that impressed you about our company?
Mr. Jones: The guys do great work. The finished product is really good. Everything came out really well. Working with the installers was not a problem. Siding crew worked really hard, into the night.
The Finished Project
They now do not have to repaint their old siding any longer!
Their house looks like a million bucks. The red James Hardie siding may not be for everybody, but on this particular home it looks just perfect. Mr. and Mrs. Jones now have a house of brand new windows that will help lower their energy costs, plus they have new James Hardie siding that is extremely durable and will require minimal work on part of Henry and Sharon to maintain.
