Objective:

To replace a house full of old grey-colored Masonite siding with durable new composite siding and trim from Durante.

What we did

Meet Mrs. Judy Jones. She’s detailed. Wants quality. And had a problem she needed fixed. So she called us.

She purchased siding and trim from Durante Home Exteriors primarily because she was fed up with the old Masonite siding she had on her home and was looking for something that would require minimal maintenance. Masonite siding, like many homeowners know, is a very high-maintenance building product that begins to decay over time. Masonite is very prone to unsightly wood rot and fading.

Mrs. Jones was ready to get something done about the old Masonite and called Durante for a free consultation. The old siding she had was discolored and had gaps everywhere.  We visited with her and took measurements of her home and delivered a quote in writing to replace the siding and trim with new Cedar Ridge Insulated Composite Siding.

The Results

STUNNING.

One of the first things Mrs. Jones told us when we interviewed her about how well we performed was how pleased she is that she doesn’t have to paint the siding anymore. She went with a fresh and clean light yellow siding color which complemented the look of her home very well as well as the neighborhood in general.

“I’ve lived here 18 years and I got to the place where I was just sick of looking at it and now I am so relieved that I don’t have to call a painter anymore. The new siding sets the bay window off. It’s such a clean look now. I had three companies come out to give me an estimate. Durante was the only company of the others that came out that took the time to explain everything.
