We are so confident that once you become a Durante customer, you are going to be so pleased with our products and services that it will be natural for you to mention our work to your friends and family. Our $5,000 Referral Rewards Program is a way that you can benefit from doing what you would probably do anyways.

Durante Customers can earn back $5,000 off their purchase price from their last Durante job simply by referring us to family and friends. You can easily send in your referrals by logging onto www.GoDurante.com/ReferralRewards or calling us at (205)956-4110 and let us know the names and contact information for those friends or family members that might like to hear from us about our products and services.  If you or your referrals call us, please MAKE SURE it is clear to us that they are your referral-we want to make sure you get the credit for the referral.

If seven of the people you refer to us become Durante customers, we will issue to you a paycheck in the amount of $5,000.00. You can even refer yourself as the first person before you call us for your next home remodeling project! Furthermore, we will send you a $100 Durante MasterCard Gift Card each and every time one of your referrals purchases from Durante Companies Inc.

Here are the important terms and conditions we want you to know about:

1. Durante Companies Inc. must be able to clearly determine who is a new referral and reserves right to decide if a person is a new referral or not.  If we already have the person’s name and address in our system, for example, we can’t consider them as a new referral.  Obviously, the referral must be newly entered into our system as  YOUR referral prior to the first appointment.  The referral must meet with us within 24 months of the referral to qualify.
2.  A referred person can’t be considered as a new customer until they have actually bought and paid for a Durante Companies Inc. Job – with at least a $5,000 purchase price, within 24 months of being referred to us.  So if they purchase under $5,000 worth of product, but more than $2,500 worth of product, you are eligible for the $100 Durante MasterCard Gift Card, but the referral would not count toward your 7 required referrals to receive the $5,000 Durante Pay Check.  Only one referral per house hold will be eligible no matter how many projects they do (otherwise it won’t be fair!).
3. If two or more people refer the same new customer to us at the same time, Durante Companies Inc. reserves the right to decide who gets credit for the referral.
4. Liability for any federal, state, and local taxes that may apply to the referral fees paid to you are your responsibility.  Any required tax reporting forms will be furnished to the Internal Revenue Service.  Referral entries that are lost, late, illegible or incomplete for any reason will not be eligible, and Durante Companies Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time, without notice, and to disqualify any entry in good faith.
5. Employees, agents, officers, and directors of Durante Companies Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors, and their immediate families (and those living in the same households) are not eligible to participate in this promotion in any way. Official Referral Rewards program officially begins December 1, 2013 and does not apply to any customers or referrals made prior to this date.
6. It must be perfectly clear to Durante Companies Inc. that the person you refer to us is actually a referral from you, prior to their first appointment, and not from a different marketing source (i.e TV, radio, newspaper, event, etc).  All referrals made through the internet must be made on the referral rewards page at www.Godurante.com/ReferralRewards.
7. A referral only qualifies for the Referral Rewards $5,000 promotion for 24 months from the time of initial referral.
8. Durante Companies Inc. reserves the right to verify and disclose referral /referee information.
9. Durante Companies Inc. can choose to pay a winner their referral fee or reward by applying the money against any balances due under a retail installment contract the winner may have entered into with Durante Companies Inc.
